SCVLPT is in development. For test-build issues, account questions or privacy requests, email [email protected].

Common questions

How do I get access?

Use the early-access form on the SCVLPT page. Joining the list does not guarantee an invitation or a release date. Public pricing and trial offers have not been finalized.

How do I delete my account?

In a build with account access, open Settings → Account → Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps. Wait for the result. If the app reports an error or you are unsure whether the request completed, contact support. Do not assume that signing out or removing the app has deleted cloud records. The Privacy Policy explains the intended deletion scope and records with separate retention handling.

Does deleting my account cancel a subscription?

If you have an Apple-billed subscription, deleting the app or your SCVLPT account does not cancel it. Open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions, choose SCVLPT if listed, and follow the cancellation options. See Apple’s cancellation instructions.

How do I get a copy of my data?

Settings → Export Data provides workouts, training records, body measurements and nutrition history. “All Exports” adds a training summary. It does not include every conversation, coach memory or account detail. Contact support to request information outside those exports or if an export is unavailable in your build.

Can I rely on cloud sync to restore everything?

Signed-in features can sync account and training information, but sync and recovery are still being tested. Keep exports of important records before switching devices or reinstalling. Coach memories currently stay on the device. Signing out stops new signed-in sync without removing information already stored in the cloud.

What does the AI coach receive?

A coaching request can include your message, any attached meal photo, training history and relevant profile or coach-memory context. With Apple Health access, it can include health-derived training and recovery measurements. The Privacy Policy explains these data flows and the providers involved.

How do I report a problem?

Email the app version, what happened and what you expected. A screenshot can help, but remove private conversations, health information, account details and anything else you do not want to share. Never send a password or sign-in code.
