SCVLPT Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 13, 2026

SCVLPT is a strength-training app in development by Amancor Studio. This notice describes information handled by the iOS app and its current development features. Availability can vary between test builds. Joining the website’s early-access list does not create an app account; that list has a separate privacy notice.

The short version

1. Information the app handles

Account information

Apple or Google sign-in supplies an account identifier and any name or email address shared by that provider. These details support sign-in and connect cloud records to your account.

Training, nutrition and profile information

The app stores information you enter or ask the coach to record: workouts, sets, repetitions, loads, effort ratings, programs, training records, body measurements, nutrition entries, goals, equipment and preferences. Profile information can include age and injury notes. Imported workouts can include the name of the app or device that recorded them.

Apple Health

With your permission, SCVLPT can read:

These measurements inform training and recovery context. When permitted, the app can write completed workouts and active energy to Apple Health. You control access through Apple’s Health permissions. Revoking permission stops future access to the affected Health data; it does not itself remove information already saved in SCVLPT.

Health-derived information can leave your device. Readiness check-ins may include HRV, resting heart rate, sleep, respiratory rate, steps and active energy in cloud records. Relevant health and wearable context can also be included in AI coaching requests.

Photos and voice

A meal photo you attach can be sent with your message to the AI coaching service for nutrition estimates. Avoid including other people or information you do not want processed in a photo. The app does not provide a separate cloud meal-photo library.

Voice input uses Apple’s on-device speech recognition; the resulting text can become a coach message or workout entry. Spoken coach replies use the device’s speech synthesis. The app’s voice-input and speech-output features do not require sending raw audio to the coaching service.

Coach memory

The coach can retain facts such as goals, preferences and milestones for later conversations. Relevant memories can be sent as part of an AI coaching request. Injury memory is optional and is off by default. You can review memory controls in Settings → Data → What Your Coach Remembers.

Coach memories are currently stored on the device rather than included in cloud sync. Injury notes entered in your profile are separate from that memory setting and can sync with your profile. Turning off injury memory does not remove those profile notes.

Usage and diagnostics

The coaching service records request time, model and usage counts to manage limits and abuse. First-party onboarding records track progress through setup and whether a first workout was completed soon afterward. Hosting and authentication providers also process technical details, such as IP addresses and device/browser information, needed to operate their services.

Apple may collect device diagnostics according to your iOS settings. SCVLPT does not use an advertising identifier or sell your information.

2. Services that process information

ServicePurpose and information involved
AppleSign-in, Apple Health access, on-device speech and any App Store purchase.
GoogleOptional sign-in and the identity details you choose to share.
SupabaseAuthentication and cloud storage of account, profile, training, nutrition, body measurements, readiness and coach-conversation records when those features are used.
AnthropicAI coaching: message text, attached meal photos, relevant profile, training, health and memory context.
RailwayHosts the coaching service that receives and forwards AI requests; also processes technical request information.

Cloud records can also include programs, templates, personal records, challenges, recovery sessions and daily training adjustments. Coach memory has the separate handling described above.

Anthropic states that its commercial API inputs and outputs are not used for model training by default; its terms and any expressly enabled exceptions govern that processing. See Anthropic’s commercial-data explanation. This does not mean requests are never retained by a provider.

Avatar generation is not an available public feature. If it is introduced, this notice will be updated to explain the provider and information involved before use.

3. Export, retention and deletion

Settings → Export Data offers exports of workouts, training records, body measurements and nutrition history. “All Exports” also includes a training summary. It is not a complete export of every account record. For other information, including coach conversations, contact [email protected].

Account and training records are kept to provide the service while the account is in use. You can request account deletion in Settings → Account → Delete Account. Review the confirmation screen and wait for the result. A connection or processing failure can prevent completion; do not assume records have been removed if the app reports an error. Contact support if you cannot complete the request or need help confirming its scope.

The deletion flow is intended to remove account and training records from SCVLPT’s active cloud storage and clear this device’s app data. Billing, usage and onboarding records have separate retention handling, including removal of their account association. This is not a promise of instant removal from every backup, other device or service provider. Contact support for a request concerning retained information or another device.

Deleting a SCVLPT account does not cancel an Apple subscription. If you have one, manage it separately in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions.

4. Your choices and rights

You can change Apple Health permissions, review coach memories and use available export and delete controls. Signing out stops new signed-in sync; it does not delete information already stored in the cloud.

To request access, correction, deletion or other rights that apply to your information, email [email protected]. Please describe your request without sending passwords or unnecessary health details. We may need to verify that the account is yours.

5. Children and security

SCVLPT is not intended for children under 13. Contact support if you believe information from a child under 13 has been collected.

The app uses encrypted network connections and account access controls. These measures do not guarantee that a service or device is immune to loss or unauthorized access.

6. Changes and contact

We will update this notice and the date above when app data handling changes.
